Constant Force Spring Power Spring Assembly

We can make constant-force spring /power spring, and can also fit the springs into the housing or case. The springs always generate great force during the assembly, so unskilled workers may get hurted when fit the springs into the housing or case. We can do the assembly work in our workshop, and you don't need to worry about it.  

A constant-force spring / power spring is a spring for which the force it exerts over its range of motion is a constant. That is, it does not obey Hooke's law. Generally constant-force springs are constructed as a rolled ribbon of spring steel such that the spring is relaxed when it is fully rolled up. As it is unrolled, the restoring force comes primarily from the portion of the ribbon near the roll. Because the geometry of that region remains nearly constant as the spring unrolls, the resulting force is nearly constant.

Double-bodied springs in symmetrical or asymmetrical shapes. Right- hand or left- hand wounded depending on the load direction. Wire diameters from 0.10 to 8.00mm. Production: small, medium and large series.

Flat Springs made of strip steel of all shapes, stamped, cut and drilled. Thickness of 0.20 to 4.00 mm.

Life: our production with proper material and production cotrol can achieve long duration up to 30 millions (for valve springs, while normal life cycles 5 millions),  5 millions (for normal springs, if required), or 1 million (for spiral springs, while normal life 20k cycles).
